What the report means

A report reflects the sources available at the recorded time. “Verified” applies only to the specific claim checked. “Missing” means the evidence did not answer the question; it is not proof of wrongdoing. A material conflict requires two sources that directly disagree. Completed reports that pass consistency checks are available immediately; unresolved evidence-quality flags may need further review.

Your decision

You remain responsible for deciding whether a course meets your employment, insurance, licensing, membership, funding and personal requirements. Confirm important points directly with the provider and relevant official body before paying.

Acceptable use

Submit only public course pages and documents you are entitled to use. Do not upload malicious files, identity documents or unrelated sensitive personal information, and do not attempt to bypass service limits or access another person’s private report.

Beta availability

The beta may be changed, paused or withdrawn, and automated retrieval can be blocked by a provider or public service. If evidence is insufficient, CourseClarity will say so rather than manufacture a conclusion.

Paid reports

CourseClarity only presents checkout when a completed scan contains enough useful evidence and identifies a material conflict or an important information gap. A single report is £4.99. A £10 account pack provides five report credits; each credit can unlock one chargeable report and is stored against that account. Reports with insufficient evidence or no material issue are made available without charge.

Guest customers must provide a valid email address for report delivery. A private report link should not be shared. Consumer cancellation and refund information and the contracting entity must be finalised before public paid launch. Service questions can be sent to hello@courseclarity.co.uk.
